These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the HomeAtAmys website and the services offered through it. By visiting the site, creating an account, or requesting information about a home warranty plan, the visitor agrees to follow these terms in full.

Anyone who does not agree with any part of these terms should stop using the site. Continued use after a change to the terms counts as acceptance of the updated version.

HomeAtAmys explains home warranty plans for household systems and appliances, helps visitors compare plan shapes, and sets up a service contract when a visitor chooses to proceed. The site itself is an information and enrollment resource.

A home warranty plan is a service contract, not an insurance policy. The exact items, limits, fees and exclusions that apply are those written in the contract issued for the plan, which controls over any summary shown on this site.

To create an account or request a plan, a visitor must be at least eighteen years old and a resident of the United States. All details entered during signup must be accurate and kept up to date.

• The account holder is responsible for keeping login details private.
• Any activity that happens under an account is treated as the account holder's activity.
• HomeAtAmys may suspend or close an account that is used in a way that breaks these terms.

When using this site, each visitor agrees to the following.

• Provide truthful information about the home, its systems and its appliances.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes connected with home warranty coverage.
• Avoid any attempt to copy, scrape, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its data.
• Refrain from submitting content that is misleading, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

Plan options shown on this site are general descriptions. The covered items, service fee, coverage limits, waiting period and renewal terms for a specific plan are set out in the contract sent for review before coverage begins.

Payment terms, including the yearly cost and the fee for each service visit, are stated in that contract. A request for service is handled according to the contract in force at the time of the request.

By submitting a form on this site, a visitor agrees to receive email about the request. Text messages are sent only where the visitor has given separate consent during signup, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. Replying HELP provides assistance.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any plan. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply.

All text, images, graphics, logos and page layouts on this site belong to HomeAtAmys or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Visitors may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only.

No part of the site may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

HomeAtAmys may update, pause or discontinue any part of the site at any time. These terms may also be revised. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the site after that date means the revised terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and the applicable laws of the United States. Any dispute connected with the site or these terms will first be addressed through a good faith attempt to resolve it directly, and otherwise through binding arbitration as described in the plan contract.
